I’M CARA THOMAS:
INVENTOR TURNED LOVE ALCHEMIST
My work is devoted to supporting women in feminine energetic mastery, relational readiness, and the precise calibration that allows deep, secure, and passionate love to emerge.
I’ve spent over fifteen years immersed in studies of feminine-masculine energetics, attachment theory, tantra, somatic intelligence, codependency, and love addiction.
My expertise is in feminine attunement: reading energy, tracking truth, and helping women release the over-functioning and under-receiving that quietly keeps love out of reach.
I’ve apprenticed with renowned teachers in the lineages of David Deida (The Way of the Superior Man), Mantak Chia (The Multi-Orgasmic Woman), and Dr. Pat Allen (Getting to I Do). I’ve assisted at women’s and co-ed polarity retreats and devoted tens of thousands of hours to training, practice, and lived experience.
I didn’t set out to teach this work, and for many years, I simply focused on embodying it in my life and relationships.
But the calling was persistent – and the more I lived it, the more women came to me asking to be guided here too.
Today, I support women in feminine energetic mastery, relational readiness, and the precise calibration that allows deep, secure, and passionate love to emerge.
WHY I AM DEVOTED TO LOVE
I have always loved love.
Not in the glossy, fairy-tale way with white dresses and perfect proposals – but in the deep, aching, holy curiosity of what makes love real, and what keeps it alive.
As a little girl, I didn’t dream of weddings. I asked my diary why boys couldn’t be more like math problems with clear, solvable answers.
Even before I had ever fallen in love, I sensed that love was the most powerful and perhaps the most misunderstood force on earth. I knew that it was more than a ring on my finger, and I set out on to try to understand and experience every facet of it.
While I spent my work days as an Inventor in corporate America, creating global brands and products that millions of people fell in love with, my heart remained dedicated to the mystery and mechanics of romantic love and relationships.
I have studied deeply in 1:1 containers with teachers I adore and respect.
But my deepest initiation didn’t come from training.
It came from heartbreak.
