Brand Therapy is a coaching methodology that clarifies and activates your unique offering to life, love, and Self.

It starts with connecting to the heart of who you are.

This process is born from two modalities: traditional corporate branding and innovation practices (also known as ‘design thinking’), coupled with personal and spiritual development tools that span the worlds of mindfulness meditation, somatic psychotherapy, tantra, and feminine embodiment.

Together, in one-to-one coaching, we will apply the design thinking framework to your life, and complement the structure with spiritual, psychological and mystical modalities so that you can authentically embody your Self from the inside out — and from the outside in.

How Brand Therapy Works:
Design Thinking Meets Spirituality and Psychology

The process comes to life in three phases:

  • Establish

    We live in a world where intellect is often valued over intuition — which means we can unintentionally stay stuck in the ordinary, instead of living in the extraordinary.

    The first phase is about connecting back to the heart, so that we can re-establish harmony between the logical and emotional sides of our being. This is where we explore our challenges in a new way — and begin to gather insight into what’s shaped us, where we want to go, and who we truly are. 

  • Expand

    The most powerful offerings evoke raw emotion — and are built from passion as well as personal adversity.

    This phase is about discovering the depth of who we are and expanding who we want to be. Here, we develop a map for ourselves, play with a host of ideas and possibilities and unshackle ourselves from logical limitations, and begin to re-discover our intuitive wisdom and potency as creators.

  • Embody

    Our personal offering comes to life in our self-talk, our thoughts and beliefs, as well as who we surround ourselves with, and the actions that we take.

    The third part of this process is designed to activate your foundation, as well as help you to move into gently taking action around your mission and values. This is where we get to test, learn and iterate (as the business folk would say!) — and explore how we want to embody our deepest desires.
